I coach men to train with intent
I am Harry, a personal trainer based in Hitchin. I came into coaching because I saw too many men either spinning their wheels in the gym or giving up because nobody showed them how to train properly.
My focus is simple. I help men build real strength, move better and feel genuinely good about themselves. That covers everything from your first ever session to chasing a number you never thought you could lift.
Every man I work with gets a plan that is theirs alone, coached in person, adjusted as you go and backed by guidance on nutrition, recovery and the habits that actually stick. No two people are the same, so no two plans should be either.
