We start with a relaxed 15 minute chat about where you are now, what you want and what has stopped you before. No pressure, no sales pitch.

Your bespoke plan

I build a training plan around your goals, schedule and experience, with clear guidance on nutrition and recovery to back it up.

Train with intent

We train one-to-one in Hitchin, refining technique and adding strength session by session, adjusting the plan as you progress.
